| 21 year old Gemma,
from Aigburth and 20 year old Chris, from Dingle, formed Jemini after meeting at
Liverpool's Starlight Performing Arts school when they were 15 . They have been singing
together in bars and doing cabaret in the city since 2001, waiting for their big break. The pair embarked on a publicity campaign to win the Song For Europe. Chris says, "We had to go all over the place so people could hear the song but it was really good fun. To compete in the Eurovision song contest is a massive opportunity to make our name; it is a very famous event." The pair are managed by Martin O'Shea, who also manages girl group Atomic Kitten.
